Who we are. Swansea Conservatory Roofs is a trading name of Southside Sales Ltd, company number 11303506, registered office 19 Southside Street, Plymouth, PL1 2LD. We are responsible for the personal information you give us. You can reach us through our contact page, on 0330 043 3884, or by post at our registered office.
What we collect. Your name, phone number, email address, postcode and details of your enquiry. We also keep any photos you send, call and message records, quotes, job details, and information about how you use our website where you allow it. Photos may show your home or people, so please only send what we need.
How we use it, and why.
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote, because you've asked us to.
- To carry out and manage work, under our contract with you.
- To keep records for tax, legal and guarantee purposes, to meet our legal duties.
- To follow up quotes, ask for reviews and improve our service, for our legitimate business interests.
- To send marketing or use optional cookies, only where you've agreed.
Who we share it with. Only those helping us run the business, such as website, email, call handling, CRM and analytics providers, plus guarantee providers, building control bodies and professional advisers where needed. Other companies don't get your information to use for their own marketing. If information goes outside the UK, we use the safeguards the law requires.
How long we keep it. We keep enquiries that don't go ahead for up to 12 months, and customer and job records for up to 6 years after the work, or longer where a guarantee requires it. We delete uploaded photos when they're no longer needed.
Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, restrict or object to how we use it, or have a copy moved elsewhere. You can withdraw consent or opt out of marketing at any time. Some rights have limits, and we'll explain if one applies.
Complaints. Please contact us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
Website analytics. Lovable provides basic visit statistics. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics measures page visits, successful enquiries, and phone and WhatsApp link clicks. We do not send your enquiry contact details, message or photos to Google Analytics. Advertising features are disabled. You can withdraw analytics consent using Cookie settings in the footer.
