About us. This website is run by Swansea Conservatory Roofs, a trading name of Southside Sales Ltd, company number 11303506, registered office 19 Southside Street, Plymouth, PL1 2LD.

Using this website. We try to keep the information accurate, but it's general guidance and not professional, legal or building control advice.

Prices and quotes. Prices shown on this website and by our estimator are guides, not quotes. Your written quote sets out the work, the price and the payment stages. Conservatory roof quotes last for 90 days, and other quotes last for the period shown on them.

Your right to cancel. If you agree a contract in your home, or away from our business premises, you normally have 14 days to cancel. Your quote or contract will explain your cancellation rights and include a cancellation form. If you ask us to start within that period and then cancel, you may have to pay for work already done.

Our work. We'll carry out the work with reasonable care and skill. If we find something at your home that changes the work or price, we'll explain and agree it with you first.

Guarantees. Each guarantee covers only the service named on it. Conservatory roof guarantees don't apply to cleaning work. Your documents set out what's covered and how to claim. These terms don't affect your legal rights.

Law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
