Why walls go green. Algae and mould thrive on damp, shaded walls, particularly on north-facing sides of a house. The staining usually spreads over time, making a well-kept home look tired.
Why not jet wash? High pressure can scar render, strip paint and force water into cracks. Soft washing uses a cleaning solution to kill growth, then a gentle rinse to carry it away.

What to expect. Most organic staining responds well, but growth can return over time, especially on shaded walls. Marks caused by rust, paint or damaged render need a different approach, and we'll tell you before you spend anything.
Better than a replacement? A clean is often a much cheaper way to refresh sound render. If the render is cracked or blown, cladding may be a better choice.
