Roof Cleaning, Moss Treatment or Soft Washing?

The right answer depends on what's growing, what surface it's on and how delicate that surface is. Many homes need more than one method.
| Problem | Usually suits | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Thick moss on tiles | Moss removal, then treatment | Removes the bulk and slows regrowth |
| Green or black staining on tiles | Soft washing | Treats growth at low pressure |
| Dirt on strong, sound tiles | Controlled pressure cleaning | Effective, if the tile can take it |
| Green or black render | Render soft washing | Avoids damage from high pressure |
| Cracked or blown render | Cladding or specialist repair | Cleaning won't fix the wall |
A word on safety. Please check from the ground, not from a ladder.
