Leaks often come from failed seals, blocked gutters, cracked panels or tired flashing where the roof meets the house. Start with what you can check safely from the ground, such as a blocked gutter or an obvious crack.

A minor fault may need only a small repair, and we'll say so. We don't offer patch repairs. If the roof has leaked more than once, is ageing or has other problems, replacing it is usually the better long-term choice.
